Arrival: November 10-17,2008
Booked through Sears Travel and paid $1100.00 with taxes. Did not have to pay any extra departing tax.
Rooms:
We booked a standard room on the Second floor facing the Beach and it was clean and quite comfortable.
Restaurants and Bars:
The food was great, i have been to Cuba,Mexico and the Dominican Rep. on all-inclusive packages and this was by far the best. The variety offered for day snacks however does need some improvement unless of course you are a fan of French fries and Burgers...
Beach/Pools/Grounds:
The Beach was great, excellent waves for Body surfing and the grounds are clean. The pool was clean and quite large with a poolside bar.

Activities on and off the Resort/Hotel:
We went on the Jeep safari which was fun and a great way to meet people.
We visited the local town and we were not bothered by the locals to buy something on the streets unlike in Mexico or the Dominican...
Scuba diving was good for beginners and the guides were friendly
Other Comments:
I found the Hotel very nice,the beach and weather was great and the staff was very friendly. I have recommended this hotel to friends and i personally will go back.. |
