Where to start...my husband and I just came back from Sandal Negril on Feb. 27/10. Before I start though I must say the people in Jamaica are the greatest. And the food was good. We had booked a Honeymoon conceierge beach walkout suite. We got to our room and there was just a bed, no sitting area. We had no hot water and the pressure was non existent. This is in the Paradise building. We then changed our room the next day to the loft suite. Very nice room, but it was infested with ants. Had to have the room sprayed twice but there was still ants. They never filled our bar fridge unless wecalled and asked either. The beach was always full of seaweed. They never cleaned it up off the beach. To go in the ocean you really needed to wear water shoes because of all the seaweed in it. I really was surprised by this.
We've been to many places and we have never experienced this before.
On departure we had asked for an extension on our room since we weren't leaving until late afternoon. We were granted that, they put us up in a BUTLER
suite.Now that was a 5 STAR room!!!! I think they based their ratings on those rooms. Just beautiful!! So I recommend that if you do go there get the BUTLER SUITES..pay the extra money. They other rooms are not worth the money you paid to go there. And the beach, unless they clean it up it can be seven miles long but who wants to walk in seaweed!!! Not me ever again.

| Never get a room in the Paradise building...Not until they upgrade and fix it up. Not worth the money.. |

| 4 C's great restaurant. We ate there twice. Sundowner very good as well. Buffet was good just small, but a good selection. |

| Main pool really small and over crowded at times. Beach very dirty with seaweed and it smelt like sewage. |

| didn't really do any, but they did have activities daily at the main pool which is really small to be doing any there. |
