We have stayed at the wyndham sapphire in the past as well as our present trip. Check in is at 4:00p.m. Which we were not aware of so upon arrival we had to find a place where we could leave refrigerated items we had in our car which ended up spoiling anyway. We spent the day at the beach and arrived at the hotel after 6:30p.m. To our shock the room was not clean! Dirty towels were on the floor, food was left in the refrigerator, dirty dishes were in the sink, the bed was not made, and the bathroom was filthy and had opened used shampoo bottles and soap in the tub. There was also a terrible odor in the room. Since the only other room we were offered on a high floor was mold smelling i went down to the desk and asked for cleaning supplies and i cleaned the first room myself without my husband knowing with the man at the desk. He gave me some clean bedding to put on the bed but it was not complete set of sheets so we put them on the mattress. All rooms we were offered, to make up for the room not being made up, were musty and smelled of mold. The jacuzzi was not clean with flaking debris and constantly made a noise when not in use so i had trouble sleeping. The last two days the air conditioning was broke so my husband slept in another moldy room by himself without me. I have bad allergies so i cannot be around mold or dust. Because we have a timeshare there we will go there again with the hope improvements are made but if the mold condition is not taken care of they will lose future guests.breathing mold in the air is unhealthy. Management did try to compensate us after much complaining. I was tired from my vacation which was supposed to be fun. When the maid did come the room was cleaned. The air conditioning system seems to have the mold inside the system itself. The service at the front desk takes some getting used to. We complain anyway to try and get some satisfaction. Guests have been friendly and lobby is clean. Restaurant by pool has entertainment early evenings. Overall the hotel was apologetic and sympathetic to our experience.

I HOPE OTHER PEOPLE SPEAK UP AND BRING TO THE ATTENTION TO THE FRONT DESK AND MANAGEMENT IF THEY ARE DISSATISFIED SO CHANGE FOR THE BETTER CAN BE MADE. WE HAVE VISITED THE CARRIBEAN ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND WANT TO KEEP COMING BACK AND HAVE AN ENJOYABLE VACATION TROUBLE FREE.
