the hotel was very very clean service was second to none oue only problem was not getting our room that we had reserved until 6th day,, The food at buffet was either cold or ran out

We were given very great service when we arrived staff are very good at their job

Once we got our room we were finally feeling settled our first room looked into another room bot good oh yeah a bog pink building was our othrt view

The staff was wonderful bars made great drinks Portifino resturant was the besy of the hotel.. Dinners at buffet were not so good
Beach/Pools/Grounds
Pools were very well taken care of wish there was soft music at adult pool and no activiy goes on at that end of pools

none at adult pool

Signature Male rep not so nice the young girl was wonderful rooms were always done with care and bar always stocked everyday

It's a Pleasure seems to be the Dreams slogan as we heard it a lot and with lots of smiles. Checking in was FAST. I think we were 5 mins between bus and room. A little slow leaving the airport though. However, Signature Tours staff were great throughout the week as were the hotel Staff.
Rooms:
Spacious, clean and bug free. Beds were the best we've slept on to date. Bathrooms clean, dual sinks, large shower with Rain Shower heads and second hand sprayer. No exhaust fans. Has a free bar fridge and safe. Pleny of closet and dresser space. Large LCD screens with DVD player. Concrete Balconey with floor drain, glass insert under rail so you could see out when lounging.
Restaurants and Bars:
Food was good and full of variety. You could always find something you liked. A la Cartes. Felt rushed, food was ok. I preferred the Buffet myself but the experience was still enjoyed in each restaurant theme. Italian, Japanese, Seafood and Mexican. We never went hungry, never felt ill.
Beach/Pools/Grounds:
Lots of palpas, warm water, crashing waves, sand a bit coarse but nice. 5 pools, one adult only. Lots of space, chairs for everyone. Could have used a few more umbrellas around the pools. Also, occasional winds made them impractible. Could use a shaded area over the Adults pool.
Activities on and off the Resort/Hotel:
Have before, but not this time. Previous experience, all tours had something to offer and were worth the money. Spa, a tad bit expensive but seemed professional, clean and more than adequate.
Other Comments:
Wear bug spray early morning or evening. Sand flies or something gets ya. But, seem to get this anywhere we've gone. 3rd time back to Huatulco and will certainly return. Still a much undiscovered jewel. Have stayed at Brisas and Crowne Pacific before. All great hotels. Would stay in any of them again. Just like to try something new each time. Apparently, they are constructing a Secrets to the East. Town of La Cruciceta was awesome. Clean, Safe, lotsa shopping and a 10 min $3 flat rate taxi ride away.
