This hotel was beautiful! There were people constantly cleaning, restocking the bars, restocking the buffets, and always very friendly! Food, was typically your buffet food, with very little changes, but always very good. Pool was beautiful... staff at all the bars, restaurants and the front desk were all fast, friendly and very efficient. I would recommend this anyone w/o hesitation. With ONE exception... if you like to be situated on the beach, it is about a 5-8 minute walk, or 3 minute shuttle.

Rooms:
Very clean! Bright! Spacious! Awesome showers! Bar restocked every other day.
Restaurants and Bars:
All were A+; with the service, cleanliness and atmosphere. Steakhouse was great
Beach/Pools/Grounds:
all clean .....clean.....clean
Activities on and off the Resort/Hotel:
Did the Coba pyramid.... only one people can still climb... AMAZING. So happy I DID IT!!

Overall a very nice resort. Have stayed at nicer spots.
Your Arrival:
Very fast check in.
Rooms:
Rooms were very clean. Stayed in a room with 3 people and had two 3/4 beds. A little small for to adults.
Restaurants and Bars:
Food was good but not much variety. Ate the same thing all week.
Beach/Pools/Grounds:
Beautiful beach and the grounds were well kept. Pool was not very clean.
Other Comments:
We will look to spend our vacation dollars somewhere else.
