Flamenco Hotel Villas & Beach Club Fran ~ Canada
March 2005

My sister and I went to Flamenco hotel (3*) in Margarita Island for a week, February 23 to March 2, 2005.

I was wondering if you would like to know how it went. Just so you know it is in your best interest and not mind to keep the customers happy and satisfied.

Perhaps you were not aware of Flamenco Hotel Villas & Beach Club. The food did not tasted the way we expected except for the dinner a la carte was excellent. The weather was fantastic and the beach was nice. As for our bedroom, the door knob stayed in are hands every times we shot the door, the washroom door knob was missing, the toilette paper holder was missing, the air conditioning worked only sometimes , no face clothes available, no daily activity except at night and to complete everything the electricity ran out for at least an hour to an hour and 1/2 and the next day no water in the middle of the afternoon around 3 o'clock , if you wanted to take a shower, you had to wait till it came back. Mind you the staff were polite and tried to accommodate us. But for us it was not a good experience.

As for returning to the airport we could not hear the announces well on the intercom.

We are sure Margarita Island is a very nice place to visit but because of our experience their, we are not so sure we would like to try elsewhere. Hope you will have better luck than we did.
